The delivery went well but they wouldn’t unhook the old washer saying that the fixture would break. I had to wait for their plumber to come and change the hardware. Next week plumber came and told me that they could have done the hook up but they were lazy. After 2 days the floor is still wet so I have to call again. A plumber will call me in a couple days to set up another appointment to fix the leak. They were also supposed to pick up the old one tomorrow but it is way past the time they are supposed to let me know when they’re coming.
